Ground Beef

Crushed Tomatoes

Onion and Minced Garlic

Seasoning: Sazon, Adobo, Salt and Pepper

Oil: Olive Oil and Vegetable Oil


Heat olive oil, onion and garlic in skillet. Season meat with Adobo, sazon and salt and pepper. Add meat to skillet. After meat is brown, drain and put back in skillet. Add crushed tomatoes. Cook until ready. Scoop meat into empanada shell. Close shell and seal with fork. Fry in fryer or in pan with vegetable oil.
