Austin City Limits Music FestivalACL Festival takes place on 46-acres in Zilker Park and includes 8 large stages playing bands simultaneously. It plays host not only to 130+ artists from across the globe, but amazing local eats and wares, free fun for the kiddos, green goings-on, and other cool activities to entertain you between sets!
South by Southwest (SXSW)Year after year, the event is a launching pad for new creative content. New media presentations, music showcases and film screenings provide buzz-generating exposure for creators and compelling entertainment for audiences. Sixth StreetLikely Texas’ best known street, the seven block’s of 6th Street between Congress and IH 35 are certainly Austin’s entertainment center. With a little help from it’s many like-minded sister streets, 6th Street is the heart of Austin’s live entertainment scene and the capital of third coast music.
South CongressThis hip strip features an array of eclectic shops, restaurants, boutiques, antiques, music venues and galleries. The strip is also famous for its various Food Trucks and eclectic and unique shops.
